Airport Instructions Orlando
Orlando International and Sanford Airports
Please note that due to City of Orlando airport security restrictions,
all livery vehicles are prohibited from parking outside the arrival
area doors but are required to wait in a separate staging area until
the passenger contacts the main dispatch office.
Thus, for Standard Airport Service, when arriving at either Orlando
International Airport or Sanford Airport, please follow the simple
instructions below:
1. Whether you checked luggage or not, please proceed to the baggage
claim level.
2. Once you have your entire luggage, go to any public pay phone
on that level and call 1- 888-625-6708 (it's toll-free - no change
is required).
3. Our dispatcher will ask for your last name and/or confirmation
number. Please have this information ready before you call.
4. The dispatcher will then tell you what door to go out. To help
you identify your vehicle, you will be given its description and
its license plate number. The livery staging area is next to the
airport but it may take anywhere from 5 to 12 minutes for the car
to reach you depending upon airport traffic levels.
